Shipping is expensive, so to pass on the savings, we choose the cheapest shipping method, which varies by item.

If you need a piece shipped USPS Priority (2 days) just let us know before you check out.

If it breaks because of faulty manufacturing or poor design, we replace it.

Just don't use your pendant as a Frisbee or your shadowbox as a stool (even though they are extremely strong).
