This work was inspired by a Pinemoth (Coloradia Pandora) I found while camping at a yearly retreat with loved ones. Brought it back for an artist friend. We don't talk much anymore but still super grateful for the connection. The moths live in Ponderosa Pines as larvae then bury into the ground for a year. Was feeling transformation, gratitude, and love.
